I loved the friendly staff, especially Aziza, Gehan, and Yassen. Asmaa, the manager, was also incredibly helpful. the breakfast was great and I enjoyed the comfortable bed in the spacious suites. the decorations were lovely and I appreciated the availability of a toilet hose upon request.
Felt very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was decent and the free parking was a plus. the hotel's location was ideal - shops and cafes just a stone's throw away and attractions easily accessible.
the bedding was not comfortable at all, and we woke up with back pains.
